One, two, and three restaurants...
Seventeen years ago, when my father, Richard Coutanceau founded the restaurant on Concurrence Beach, nobody would have imagined how far his dream would take him, or the way in which his children would follow in his footsteps.
My sister, my brother and I lived in a world of fine smells, tastes and products which aroused our curosity. We wanted to do as well as our father had done. Today our family story tells of new restaurants which are continuing the fabulous dream begun by my father. |
